- Solicit, locate, screen and place new tenants.

Handle all tenants calls including requests for repairs or maintenance and any other issues that arise during tenancy

Organize and prepare clean up or clean out in between tenants when necessary.

Negotiate, prepare and execute leases.

Assist in preparing and securing required rental documents including rental applications, certificate of occupancy applications and landlord registration forms .

Maintain financial records and provide a detailed accounting on a quarterly basis.

Coordinate and provide access to your property to contractors, township, county and state inspectors and utility companies.

Respond to any emergency calls regarding your property(s).

Perform periodic property check ups and communicate property condition to you.

Assist you in enforcing your rights according to you lease agreement and retain attorneys to institute legal action (if required with your approval).

Watch vacant properties for security purposes.
