Just wanted to tell you thank you so much for all you did for us recently in the sale of my Aunt’s house. It was a very traumatic situation having to move her from her home of 40+ years into an Assisted Living Home. Just doing that was hard enough since I am from Mississippi and do not live in the Northeast. But to try and move her AND sell her house at the same time, was doubly interesting and traumatic! The house needed to sell very quickly since she (my Aunt) was dependent on that money in order to live in her new apartment at the Assisted Living Home.
I do not know what I would have done without you! You were so helpful right from the start when you came over to meet me at her house and list it, and you certainly took the ball and ran with it right from that point! I cannot tell you how much we all appreciated your knowledge and input into the situation as far as pricing and what would motivate potential buyers into making serious offers on the house within a short period of time. To think that we were able to list and sell the house in a two month period in today’s sluggish economy was just truly a miracle! I do not know what we would have done had that not happened since the money from the sale of the house was what was needed to keep her going on her own.
Thank you so much for all your helpful advice about everything along the way as well! You were just so helpful and I really enjoyed the process when all was said and done, even with a couple of bumps in the road. Through your experience and knowledge of the real estate market today we were able to get this situation taken care of in a fast and efficient manner. My mother still says all the time that she cannot believe that we were able to sell that house so quickly in this current market!
