Lynn Moles and Ronni Temple are the owners of ReSales Realty started in 2006. Our company was built on integrity and hands on customer service.  Over the years we have helped those buying, selling, downsizing, relocating to Senior Communities and selling estates.  As Designated Senior Real Estate Specialists we are educated to understand the needs of the senior population and their families.  And we are dedicated to making the moving process comfortable and seamless.  We work diligently to assure that our client’s interests are protected at all times and we take the time to explain every step of the moving process to ensure true satisfaction.

Prior to Listing or When under contract

  • Organizing & displaying household contents for sale.
  • Researching, inspecting & evaluating each item in the estate for sale.
  • Pricing items.
  • Professional interior signage: directional, informational & safety.
  • Advertising & promotion of the sale including website posting with photos on Estate Sales sites, direct mail campaign, advertising to local real estate offices, social media & professional outdoor signage.
  • Two-day conducted estate sale.
  • Uniformed staff members including security at the door.  
  • No cash upfront. Commission comes out of proceeds.

Appraisals / Valuations for potential Antiques – fees apply

If you have valuables, we will suggest or contact appraisal sources for you prior to any sale.

Clean out Services - Remove unwanted and unsold items – fees apply

  • After the Estate/ Tag Sale we will review those left items with you so you can make final decisions on what to keep and what to discard.
  • Pack up the unwanted items and dispose of them at local charities or waste disposal area.
